major accountabilities

reporting to  the finance manager – china in hk, the incumbent is responsible for

·        handle all account payable/receivable for operating expenses and inventories, production costing, and logistics of guangzhou and dongguan offices

·        coordinate with main subcontractors, business partners and other finance colleagues in shanghai and beijing offices

·        set up and implement proper policies & procedures so as to comply with local and statutory financial requirements, maintain and update all necessary legal documentation

·        prepare monthly audit/tax schedules, maintain fixed assets records, prepare financial closing, financial reporting and financial analysis (both expense and gross margin), and budgetary control

·        support office administration and human resources functions of guangzhou and dongguan offices whenever necessary

job requirements

·        cicpa holder with 3-5 years accounting experience in manufacturing environment

·        working experience with mncs is an added advantage

·        in-depth knowledge of china tax requirements, especially in manufacturing sector

·        good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

·        high ethical standards and able to work independently

·        attention to details with good follow-up skills

·        proficiency in computer, particularly in ms excel and finance systems

·        good command in written and spoken english
